midnightexpress, still PHRB's mistake. If this is the reason shareholders lost their money (which imo is not) then:

- Who decided to take that specific careless company?
- Who decided to pay them in unrestricted shares that they could dump immediately?

Still I say that the reason for that is scamming the shareholders and promising them with patented production that was never delivered.
