ok I understand what you r saying, I am simply stating that when pr guys get to much stock or anyone for that matter is paid stock and has a zero cost basis, then they dont care where they dump it. Some of the people seem to tell companies that they will do xyz, but in fact they only sell with no regard to price and THEY move on to another company to do the same thing. Just take a look at some of the boards and the companies. The company CAN'T sell without proper procedure, as insiders must register first. That is all I am saying.
