midnightexpress, you missed my point. What I'm pointing to is the scamming. PHRB came to my mind only because of the water similarity but it could be a mining or energy company. The point is, similar promises, similar attempts from shareholders to protect themselves, company success in scamming the shareholders and getting away with it. No product delivered and guess what... there was a patent for a unique product!
