Is this so hard to understand?

When BK is over, Quest will be bought out, and not for a BK-Price, but for a price based on the reserves!

And the reserves are 13 Million tons of coal!
140 Dollars a ton!
Worth of the reserves is about 1.5 Billions!

Some here seem to forget this!
