I guess that's why this place is a great place so we can exchange our views. I figure you can grow more if you spend less because you retain more cash. A 20 cent dividend on 55 million shares would have cost about 11 million but a buy back is going to cost at least 17 1/2 million at this level.

Look at it like a bonus. If management can spend 7 million on compensation for themselves they could have spend 11 million on compensation for shareholders.

The best part is they would get a dividend too for the shares they own.
