Last summer I was looking for a way to save my hot peppers for use in cooking my large chicken soups [about 11 quarts].
I had a lot of apple cider vinegar in the house and decided to cut up the peppers and put them in Mason jars, and then filled them with the apple cider vinegar.
The experiment was successful; I had great peppers throughout last winter and I'm prepared for this coming winter with another excellent crop.
