It does not state that anywhere. Maybe there are more $500,000 payments to be made maybe there are not...

Using the surprize example of the $500,000 payment example above, I am not asking you to look for this specifically, I am trying to express that even though you are looking at what appears to be the entire contract, neither you or I or the other public Joe's know what else if anything are to come with regard to payments.
