I was being sarcastic in response to coastiretired post.

I agree GTC is not going to invest in S-T without either using a LTA or expect their service to be used by others.

coastiretired sorry you have bandwidth problems, must be hard to look up good info. 28k modem were slow in 1996, try 56k they download faster.
