O.k. I bought a new Dell Lattitude 6500 loaded down with the Encrypted hard drive. I am not tech savy....but I decided if I own this stock that I should drink the coffee. I may now understand why this stock in strugling. My TPM has not been enabled and it is asking me to check my BIOS??? to do that....I have no idea what that means or how to do that. I have not called Wave Cusotmer support....but to me...this should be something that is as easy as installing my Norton Internet Secutirty software...which I did right away....and it is not. Any help with this process would be helpful....
