From what I understood, he was given the stock in exchange for the future use of his bottleing company. Ended up dumping those shares within a few hours of receiving them. I guess he got scared or just screwed them. I got the impression he screwed them out of this deal from the wording they used. They had been friends with this guy for years. Not too sure of the specifics but when they started talking about the bottling company they were going to use however they where cheated out of using it, I had a feeling it was Bruce. When I mentioned sunwest and Bruce, Steve and Ron confirmed that this was the guy.
