Thats funny , lying about facts of a float is fraud , dont think so , the scam word refers to pump and dumps , pump the stock with inflated pr's , and in this case Dr. Fisher , is look, conservative , and doesnt like blown out expectations (ie ,they projected 6 mil for last year and made$23.7 mil) and shares are not being dumped for operations (the dump) , revenues and margins have allowed operations to be paid , loans all paid in full and 2 acquisitions , and if needed 144 restricted , every ceo that is conscious of that , & co , has done well , at least the ones i have , no flags and it stays that way all is well, my goal here is get to a million shares, listen to the interview on heavenembrace
