I do believe the process of hiring the auditor to take the books from euro standard to US GAAP is underway.

Completion date is not something we can pinpoint until they have hired an appropriate firm.

That said I expect to hear who is on deck sometime next week.

Venturing a guess as to pps FMV in the meantime is a bit premature in my books. Suffice it to say if we are assuming the numbers to not change, it would seem to me to be nowhere near where we are presently.
