NURSERY LIQUIDATION

Looks like we're ditching the nursery division. I wonder what kind of impact this will have on the organic fertilizer division? Hopefully it'll be for good. I know they were dragging us down, but letsee what happens now. Hopefully the whole company isn't coming down.


I did like this last part: "The proceeds of any transactions consummated under the Plan of Liquidation will then be used to pay Advanced Nurseries claims and obligations, with any remainder distributed to shareholders. "
