I used to make nice $$ with LLY also. I have just become cautious ahead of earnings. INDIANAPOLIS, Oct. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Eli Lilly and Company (LLY:$33.1300,$-1.2500,-3.64%) will announce its financial results for the third quarter of 2008 on Thursday, October 23, 2008. Lilly will also conduct a conference call on that day with the investment community and media to further detail the company's financial performance.
I would be adding to LLY around 30-31 if earnings are OK. Usually there is a pull back after even good reports. May move that entry price higher if earnings are really great.
