Sounds like excuses to me!! Why isn't TS suing attorneys for missing the cost of shell? Thhey missed it does NOT pass the sniff test for those of us that us lawyers regularly. And TS is an ex-Broker!! So you want us to believe he didn't ask or look for it? Again, does NOT pass the sniff test. If Lying Tom is as incompetent as you suggest, HE NEEDS TO STEP DOWN AS CEO!!!!!
