This company is going to be HUGE imo. With the tiny float it will not take much to get it into the $$$'s.

Exlites Holdings just Reversed Merged into the shell VNNL - name change was official a few weeks ago. There was no reverse split and O/S have been confirmed with the T/A of only 19 million. Float appears to be only 1-2 million.

No news has been released yet - but I am in contact with the company and news is being worked on. I was told by the CEO that once all of the news hits I will have a big smile on my face.

This is an e-mail I got from their managing partner about their patented lighting products:

"Once we finalise the AC on grid lighting range I expect the company to explode into the billions of dollars in turnover and hopefully within the next 24 months. This will be the biggest part of our business which I have been slowly working on to ensure when we launch there are no mistakes and it is 100% hot property as we can reduce current on grid power by up to 75% in some cases..

I own www.exlites.com which I am now building the international website and will launch within 2 months on a global basis which will attract an immense amount of opportunity and exposure. I am putting into place a team to handle daily optimisation."
