if the pps kinda stays in one area, its not going to set off any bells and whistles. Once it starts moving, look out! IMO.

I know if I wanted to buy up a stock that I knew was undervalued, I wouldnt want the pps to move until I, and my friends, were completely done accumulating. Then, after that, let it go. This would be a perfect situation to be able to control.
