I think once that judge makes the 4.4 Billion official for WAMUQ, and we get some idea of the assets left over after debts are paid we'll see the bigger run.

32 B - 8 B = 24 B. We know that 4.4 B is cash. So that leaves us with 19.6 B in other assets. How much of that is toxic? How much of it was in the stock or other stocks? How much in real estate?

Let's say even 10% of that 19.6 are viable assets; with the 4.4 B that leaves us with roughly 6 Billion in viable assets.

6 Billion / 1.7 Billion O/S = $3.52 per share.

If it's just 5% viable assets left over we're at $1.76 per share.

Either way at 9 cents a share this is extremely undervalued. We just need the final official tally of the assets/liabilities of the WAMUQ holding company.
