I guesss you read what you wanna read, you forgot this part.

"The exercise price of the Global Telestat Warrants is subject to adjustment in the event of stock splits, stock dividends, and similar transactions, or if the Company issues equity securities at a price lower than the exercise price" (AKA making previous paragraph moot)


Oh and Global Telesat? I am sure is no stranger to south Florida scam companies.
