Not disagreeing with you, I feel is close to done deal. All I am saying is read the news you just posted for me, and appreciate. But says THE AGREEMENT REQUIRES COURT APPROVAL. And that says signed off by a judge telling us all her decision. And believe me the big investors will not put money in till see that approved by court. JMO
