Not entirely sure I follow that...but, I think you may be on the wrong track...not to offend...but, the holding company has stated in filings they have 32 billion ish in assets and approx 8 billion in debt...so ...now they 4.4 billion more than they had yesterday...

Not sure where the downside is here...?
