I know you say JPM has basically agreed to give back 4.4 Billion. in your Yahoo news release today. But read close it says! THE AGREEMENT REQUIRES COURT APPROVAL! Just as the legal documents havent been signed off by the judge. And wont be until the 20th or so next week.

Im in no way bashing. I believe when and ruling states 100% that WAMUQ ruling states by judge is WAMUQ holdings then will be released on all major newswires, and PPS will go up. or if ruling is against then PPS is going south.

Again just feel many here have misread this ruling which hasnt happened as of yet. But I await with excitement and hope.
