I was just think about that myself. Everybody is speculating that the creditors will be lining up for all of the 8BIL debt. It doesn't have to work like that. WAMUQ can opt to come out of Chap 11 while assuring all the creditors that the ship is afloat , adequate resources are available, and lets get on with business. WAMUQ has hired firms to do just that!
