It wasn't merely "sought". It was "completed". Aren't attorneys supposed to be precise?

I do not see any relevance to it other than a PIPE transaction was sought back then AS WERE PIPE TRANSACTIONS BY ALL THE COMPANIES THAT ARE ON THAT LIST OF ABOUT A HUNDRED.
