jarsch501, a few possibilities that I know ==

1) Can you fill it in on the website before you download it/print it from the website?

2) Viewing it in acrobat reader, select the text tool, then select the whole body of text, right click/copy it, then paste it into ms word, or another word processor, ms wordpad if that's all you have.

3) If it's a short form, fill it in and do a screen capture, then paste it into windows paint and print it from there

4) Print it blank, and fill it in by hand or typewriter

5) google for a free pdf editor:

EDIT: Download Open Office 3.0 for windoz from the google search, looks like it will fix you right up.
