Only three reasons I can think of someone selling, they need to raise cash right away, because they don't believe filing is coming or they think something bad will be in the filing.

My only concern with filing would be that outstanding shares is higher than we knew. This is easily fixed by closing more deals, getting more stock of other companies on their books and a possible share buy back with some of the money they get from ENHD shares.

We'll also get a look at what kind of financing JB has lined up for 2008 and hopefully we'll find out who is funding them.

We should see Merriman lawsuit settlement hopefully they'll disclose how much Merriman paid to settle.

We'll find out what pricing S3's auditors valued the ENHD shares at....whether the shares of ENHD get recorded as revenue when S3 gets paid or when S3 sells their shares.

We'll find out if Sino is alive and kicking, how many employees S3/Redwood/Sino have.

We'll know once and for all what the market cap is.

Dividends should be discussed as well.

I think stock will go up when they file not down. I think they will file they've been working on this all year, hired that Leslie gal to pull it all together. Announced two auditors working on their filings. Settled that BDC stuff with SEC so they could file.
