well IMO the answer is no. everyone who's interested in SIVC is already a shareholder. few people will be buying unless they're adding on more to their current position.
I agree, the dates make little difference in the overall performance of the stock. (the only downside to missing their self imposed deadlines is that some current shareholders will lose faith in JB and sell.) however, having said that.. I'd rather see things happen sooner than later!
