just like last time, I think we'll see selling until the filings actually hit. most people's argument to this is "shouldn't we be seeing buys in anticipation of the filings, rather than sells in fear that they don't hit in time?"

well IMO the answer is no. everyone who's interested in SIVC is already a shareholder. few people will be buying unless they're adding on more to their current position.

I agree, the dates make little difference in the overall performance of the stock. (the only downside to missing their self imposed deadlines is that some current shareholders will lose faith in JB and sell.) however, having said that.. I'd rather see things happen sooner than later!
