TC it is not the cash. The problem that i see is the undue delay in according the correct accounting treatment. How many times has Tom C been let down by the company or has let his enthusiasm run away with him.

I believe we have not seen the true share price appreciation due in respect of the Sanyo deal, the question is why, and the only logical conclusion I can reach is that they want ney demand proper guidance or a full accounting explanation of how the 27 mils break down. They can then sharpen the oul pencils and anticipate the others to come on board using the same formula, (Toshiba, Mits etc)in that way they can predict with relative accuracy the future inc0ome from these sources.

To date the company has been slow to publish guidance, I feel with the past history of management predictions the analysts will remain muted and the share price in a tight range.
