Obama just declared he will eliminate all capital gains tax on investments in small businesses. WOW! Imagine getting to keep 100% of your gain in RRLB. Tax free investing in penny stocks.

As much as I loathe Obama, this could really be a shot in the arm for pinks and BB stocks.
