IMO this post has it down and BLDV fits right in with this, Bottom line stay away from startup companies and companies that promote their stock and have no assets just the shares they sell. The economy today will not support these companies and you can lose your money! I think this link hits the nail on the head with BLDV IMO,

Now short day trades get in and get out and make a few dollars and have fun doing YES thats why my entry point still remains at .0003

This company has No Assets No Revenue and No News in Months and has NOT followed up on any business agreements with anyone to date, No Land Deal No Bio Plant no nothing. Beware! AIMNSHO
