Hey guys, I hope everyone is keeping their heads above water in these bad market conditions. I know I'm having to make some major budget adjustments right now. The upside however is that the panic is providing some very good investment opportunities. I highly suggest to everyone to stay far away from the momentum stocks, or promoted stocks. Sit on your cash and invest only in companies you strongly feel can get through these bad times. Stay a way from anything that derives revenue from consumers. R&D companies and start-ups are going to have problems finding credit so stay away from them as well. Look to companies that have business plans that can thrive in a recession. Marketing and business automation will be strong players as company's grasp for consumer spending and lower operating costs. I hope that Campbell Soup's stock is not an indication of what we might expect.. soup lines still have to buy the soup lol!!
