actually if you read this link snopes says that

he is indeed not meeting the qualifications to hold gov't office of president. He has accepted 400 million in donations to run for office. That according to what I'm reading is fraud.

simply because he claims he was born in Hawaii doesn't mean he has provided a birth cert. One article speculated that he has a Kenyan birth cert. I don't know, maybe you can find out by linking his birth cert.
