there are a lot of possibilities with this one, they have more assets than liabilities, 5 bill cash, they can pull out of bk, also we might see a buyout in the dollars, so no, their is a slim chance this is going to zero, the risk/reward ratio is unbelievable, you only need to risk a couple hundred or thousand to make 10 to 20 times that easy if it plays out, definitely worth the risk
