WAMUQ did run and people made money. And then it dipped. During the dips, you should buy on the hope that it runs up.

However, if we could predict with 100% certainty that it would go up, we would all be millionaires and hanging out on Greek isles and we would not be glued to screens watching and reading silly posts.
