Isnt it a little odd that "Pinnacle" would refer to themselves as a customer of HKBV rather than a distributor?

Not at all, Pinnacle is a customer of HKBV? Also QWEST is Nationwide and a dominant tele-services provider in Arizona (Location of Pinnacle). If you notice the header that references QWEST is only on page 2, which means it came from a QWEST generated fax. IMO this fax (page 2 of it) came from Pinnacle to Hat Trick in S. Cal. Hence the TO: Pinnacle Letter to Hat Trick 760..... Then, Larry took that letter, generated a fax cover sheet and faxed it to his boss, Sender....this would generate a new header of Jan 27 03 7:53P. Notice when you look at this header, it is on both pages.

I realize this may be hard to follow guys, but really!!!
