Isnt it a little odd that "Pinnacle" would refer to themselves as a customer of HKBV rather than a distributor? And also, in one of the original filings regarding Hi Health HKBV stated that the contact at Hi Health was named Mike Gleela, and yet "Pinnacle" states his name is Mike Lela? Thats kind of a big difference there. Oh and why on earth is "Pinnacle" sending a letter to HKBV explaining their business relationship?

Oh, and if what you are saying is correct and Qwest is located in Southern California and Twombly sent it via Qwest, then he apparently sent it to himself, correct? Afterall, the "TO:" fax number is also HKBVs fax number.
