it's good to reduce debt now but I just wish they did it when price was much higher. It's less than 5% of total O/S.

I think someone knows that this is coming and has been selling shares shorted hoping to get shres to cover at cheap price when the deal is annouced.

Why wouldn't the company use credit line to pay off debt instead of issuing 20 million shares? Maybe they do have credit problem.
