Yeah I don't know what to think as we don't really have a great degree of granularity as it were w/details other than we know that 20 million shares are coming into the float. Looks like some are voting with their feet but maybe that's some of those 20 million coming in. CEO says it's positive for company and that's great but will it be positive for common shareholders that's what we need to know. The other company has a substantial stake already in commons so that is a positive for us anyway.
