Good to see you alive and well, my man, and that you STILL retain your wonderful sense of humor.

There were times in my life when money came very hard to come by. Finding a pop can or a beer bottle was more precious at the time than finding that first hidden Easter Egg on Sunday morning.

Now I've graduated from pop and beer cans to road kill. I figure it may very well become a very valuable commodity in times ahead. Some people turn their noses up when you mention road kill, but if you get it fresh before the flies do, it really is little more than pre-tenderized protein.

In times past I did everything to avoid hitting a live creature crossing the road in front of me. For people who have those BIG, gas-guzzeling SUV's, I think they might well become a valuable asset to have. Put a little protection on the front of them, and smacking a deer at 70 miles an hour actually becomes something I NOW am starting to pray for. If you hit them critters at high enough speed, you don't even have to take the time to either gut them or chop them up in smaller pieces to fit them in the frying pan. They just sort of disinegrate at speeds of 70 and higher.

Loff -- keep tight that "receipt" you have for making that "Old Loofman's Bourban." Coke and Kentucky Fried Chicken might be interested in paying you a VERY good price to have that secret receipt in times ahead ... or at least provide your family at Christmas time with lot's of Coke and Fried Chicken!
