Yes ok but if this business is realy doing very good and that now they want to become private and move out the public market ,there will be no other way than buy back shares .
Or they will still need to pay divis on earnings .

I suppose that on pink its the same that for any market .
When ceo take a divi on the earnings he need also to pay the equal value on the % from the shareholders ?
