yea, it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if all of us combined already own more than the 38M shares which is supposed to be our O/S? I hate seeing share counts on boards and thats not what I'm suggesting but it would be funny if there were 50 or so 1M+ share holders on this board... lol

as for the anti-takeover system that your suggesting, usually they will issue themselves preferred shares for that... they're not going to waste their hard scammed money to buyback the commons even if they could get them all for trip 0's, which they probably couldn't, they'll just reverse split it and get them back for free..
