I'm rubbing my crystal balls again, but I predict we see atleast 8000 something. Once we have that large down day where we get that 10% halt rule that will (to me) indicate the bottom. From there we'll see months of flat line in the small/mid/large caps and then the cycle will begin again. Saying all this what does that mean? Micro's are actually the most stable at this time! REd Reef seems to be holding steady! thats got to be worth something!
