amen danarf1 !!!! you are right. you only make money when all the other traders are running. the BK attorneys are not there for their health! they are there to make money too. the better the outcome the better the press for them. they want to make a name for themselves. JPM is going to have to put up or shut up. and you are right. if their shares keep dropping and lehmq hits them for their 17bil too, they are toast. JPM is going to pay one way or another. the FDIC and JPM were totally out of bounds and i feel they actually got the short end of stick! we got the good assets and 5bil. they got the bad debt and bank. we can start another banking institution with a strike of the BK judge's pen! imo. sf
