Told you they would attempt to draw a line between real parties harmed and the vultures (like us)who came in later. Will there be a settlement? I believe so YES 100%, Will EVERYONE share in it? I'm not so sure, I find that to be the source of the RISK in buying MOSH stock AFTER the fact. Those that did so were NOT harmed except by their own hand. Those of us that bought into this after the fact walked right into the rotating knives knowing full well we may not get anything. It is sort of like coming upon an bus accident and taking a seat and saying OH I was involved too!! I beginning to wounder if the judge will be suckered to pay us all. this is the RISK factor in my opinion.
