WAMUQ should stay in the BK until it gets what it wants from JPMorgan and the FDIC.

The BK gives WAMUQ leverage and a possible court order that may enable it to get its hands on the $5 billion and other assets. BK courts tend to favor debtors. The BK court may also provide a forum for discovery into the deal between JPMorgan and OTC/FDIC. Court proceedings like these, could drag on forever.

Don't know anything about Judge Walrath, but I assume she is the best judge to handle such a mammoth BK filing that has the potential to unravel the hasty FDIC JPMorgan deal.

Whether the sale to JPMorgan was a steal, or not, will be revealed. Perhaps JPMorgan does not want the details known for all to see and sue.
