Why post bail if they are innocent?

I dont understand?

Very few convictions have been overturned due to new or DNA evidence, you make it sould like 90% of the criminals are being let go because of this.

I guarentee you if I am ever summonsed for Jury Duty I will make sure they understand that it is my beliefe that if someone is carged with a crime they are most likely guilty.
