Nope! It's innocent until proven guilty, but again you help strengthen my point along with muffbuster that Grand Juries indict just about every case b/c of the thinking that is being posted here. Too many on the Grand Jury or public in general think that if arrested, or if charges are brought... it must be true, so they indict. Reading your post and muffbuster's post is only proving my point.
And, that is why so many cases end in not guilty verdicts... once the defense presents its case, the trial jury sees what the Grand Jury chose to ignore... and that is that there are two sides to every story!!!
