Take a look at IHUB's trades section for ~WAMUQ~,look specifically at trade # 17854...this trade was for 3 million shares...It registers as a sale but at the time the L2 BID was .15,the trade went through at .151.

...the point is that there is unprecedented liquidity in this play...someone sucked up 3,000,000 shares = $453,000.00...people just dont invest that kind of money in a company recently entering chapter 11...

...now, news is released that J.P.Morgan could go under investigation that Lehman is trying to initiate.Washington Mutual could request the next investigation...I would not be suprised if it turns out that J.P.Morgan is one of the big buyers here just to hedge/protect any future regulatory fines,etc...

...I have read posts here saying that J.P.Morgan should never have been allowed to sieze ~WM~ assets...I too fall in to that camp...

1)Now that the government has approved the bailout,does anyone here think that this J.PMorgan asset seizure was justified???

2)Would not have ~WM~ recieved a portion of that bailout money,eliminating the need to enter chapter 11 BK???


I just hope these current happenings (as well as the near to come happenings) start to at least wake more people up as to what is really going on...Good luck everyone...
