Although my comments regarded possible qualification for an annulment of said process, if those alleged findings, as referenced by your post, is said to be true, an annulment or some derivative of such can likely transpire.

And if it does, perhaps business of Washington Mutual may return to normal.

This may also include a return to a $20/PPS average which it traded for a straight 10 years up to this gross Dip in PPS..

OR at lease a hell of a lot higher than it’s trading now, if anything..

And I to agree with concerns regarding the speed at which the company was seized.
Then following this, Days Later, was the initiation of a 700B bail-out plan.

On the other hand, I understand the whole process was necessary actions to protect third party interests.

And in doing so, under what jurisdiction(s) did the plan fall under?

I also agree under the circumstance, the CH#11 was a necessary move.

And perhaps a smart “timely” one. =)

CH#11 can also be annulled if said terms and/or conditions thereof, are resolved. =)
