That may well be true...or not, depends on how much longer the delay goes on.
It is a matter of capital preservation for me...something I don't have a lot of...not enough to leave idle tied up in multiple plays waiting and waiting, then again why buy high when you can buy low.
As I said previously...
Say they announce the deal closure, 3pm today...I simply hit the ask or if I'm a tad anxious I put in an order a tick above the ask, if I'm emotionally anxious I put in a market order.
So, I get shares at .016 to .018 (using current #'s), while those that jumped the gun last week own shares @ .025+/-, I'll be up 50% as they break even.
Reason some of us are in a position to do this is due to the extended delays...we have merely read the companies mo and played accordingly.
I've had shares in this many times in the last 6 - 9mo, awaiting the done stamp...sold and used the funds otherwise.
Regrettably, for me...there are always more plays than available funds....
